Pricely runs on Google Firebase for hosting and the database.
The app is served over HTTPS. Quotes, invoices, and client records are stored in Cloud Firestore.
Team members only see what they are supposed to. Owners, admins, members, and viewers — each with distinct access.
Reads and writes are checked by Firestore security rules, scoped to your organization.
On Team and above, views, edits, sends, and permission changes are timestamped in the activity log.

Limits, payments, acceptance, cancellation, and refunds — from the current plans and terms.
The Free plan costs $0. You can create up to 3 quotes per calendar month and manage up to 3 clients in total. That client cap is not 3 new clients each month. Free includes PDF quotes and invoices. Bank transfer details and card payments are on paid plans.
On Pro and above, invoices can show your wire or ACH details. Pricely does not charge a platform fee on those bank transfers. On Pro and above, clients can also pay by card through Stripe Connect. The free plan covers quotes, invoices, and PDFs.
Clients open a link and can accept or decline. If they accept or sign, Pricely records acceptance metadata such as a timestamp and, where available, an IP address. An accepted quote can be converted to an invoice. Whether that record meets electronic-signature rules depends on your local laws and the transaction.
Yes. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation stops future charges and does not automatically refund the current period, unless a refund applies.
Yes. If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, contact support@pricely.me within 30 days of the first charge on that plan and Pricely will refund that initial payment. Refunds do not apply to renewals after the first 30 days. The free plan is not billed.
